VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER
The CPIA Lecce provides vocational training courses with a professional qualification certificate.
The CPIA Lecce is accredited by the Puglia Region as a training centre in the macro-typologies of:

MANUTENTORE DEL VERDE
The “Manutentore del verde” sets up, arranges and maintains/looks after green areas, flowerbeds, parks, trees and public and private gardens through pruning, phytosanitary defence, correct use of specific equipment and machinery, correct recovery and disposal of clippings and prunings.
The CPIA Lecce provides the professional training course for “Manutentore del verde” with the issuing of a professional qualification certificate. The course will begin when the expected number of participants is reached.
Participants: 30 students
Duration: 180 hours (120 hours of theory and 60 hours of practice)

ATTORE
(Tecnico della preparazione e interpretazione del ruolo attoriale)
The Actor carries out his profession in the theatrical, cinematographic and performing arts fields using a wide range of expressive techniques, based on voice, speech, singing, movement, dance, acrobatics, which allow him to interpret roles and characters for theatre, cinema, television, dance, circus and performing arts.
The CPIA Lecce provides the professional training course for “Attore (Tecnico della preparazione e interpretazione del ruolo attoriale)” with the issuing of a professional qualification certificate.
Duration: 600 hours
The training courses include 400 hours of theory and 200 hours of stage.

RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRATIVO:
Tecnico per la gestione automatizzata dell’ufficio
The Office Automation Technician is responsible for digitizing, using a PC and specific software, different types of data (accounting, financial, statistical, commercial) deriving from the activities carried out by the organization in which he works.
Among its main tasks: the processing of texts and company data, the creation of printed materials and prospectuses, the creation of presentations, the management and archiving of various types of information, the retrieval of information on the internet and the management of email and company contacts.
The CPIA Lecce provides the professional training course for “Tecnico per la gestione automatizzata dell’ufficio” with the issuing of a professional qualification certificate.
Duration: 600 hours
The training courses include 300 hours of theory and 300 hours of stage.

Garanzia di Occupabilità dei Lavoratori (GOL)
The Gol program is a reform action envisaged by Italian PNRR to redevelop active employment policy services.
The CPIA Lecce is among the entities implementing the measures and services for Work and Training envisaged by the GOL regional implementation plan with reference to Path 2 – Upskilling.
Access to the paths is guaranteed by a specific individual assessment action under the exclusive responsibility of the Employment Centres.
CIG 2019
CIG 2019 is an initiative of the Puglia Region which aims to finance training courses to support workers on extraordinary redundancy fund involved in crisis situations, with the aim of strengthening professional skills and the quality of the job offer.
The CPIA Lecce is a training center accredited by the Region for the following training courses:
- Person responsible for managing purification plants – 210 hours
- English Language – Level. B1 – 210 hours
- Database technician – 210 hours
OrientaMenti: istruzione, formazione e lavoro
The CPIA Lecce is among the partners of the citizen orientation project “OrientaMenti: istruzione, formazione e lavoro”, promoted by the Municipality of Ugento and financed by the Puglia Region as part of the public notice “Punti cardinali: punti di orientamento per la formazione e il lavoro”.
Specifically, CPIA Lecce is involved as a partner for the implementation of the following activities:
- Orientation Labs – educational, experiential or narrative workshops created with writing, verbal, visual, artistic or digital techniques;
- Job Days – job orientation days held in collaboration with local stakeholders.
COL…LABORATORI CONTROCORRENTE
The CPIA Lecce participated in the “Col…laboratori Controcorrente” project financed by the Puglia Region as part of Notice 2/2017 “Cantieri innovativi di antimafia sociale: Educazione alla Cittadinanza Attiva e Miglioramento del Tessuto Urbano”, promoted by the Municipality of Ugento in collaboration with the Jonathan Social Cooperative.
The course was aimed at 25 students who actively participated in projects (Laboratorio Maninterra, Eco-Cucina, Frequenze Social, Ciclo Repair…) with the following objectives: education for active citizenship and the strengthening of social anti-mafia; knowledge of urban contexts and the valorisation of artistic and cultural heritage; the use of new media and innovative methods.
