Monitoring and evaluation have a predominant role within the CPIA Lecce which designs, analyzes and continuously observes its training offer. Thanks to the observation process, there is a regular examination of critical issues and needs with development proposals presented to the teaching staff. Through the self-assessment process, envisaged by the National Evaluation System (SNV), with the Self-assessment Report (RAV), the school identifies the improvement priorities and the goals connected to the intended purposes and the specified strategic choices. In this perspective, the school undertakes to ascertain and evaluate the actions taken towards all the actors involved in the training process (students, teachers, school staff, stakeholders and the local area). In particular, the RAV, which entered the system from the 2022-23 school year, adopts forms of monitoring to synthetically represent a phenomenon and summarize its progress.

The areas subject to monitoring are the following:

  1. Outcomes of reception and orientation activities;
  2. Outcomes of educational paths;
  3. Outcomes of the activity to expand the training offer;
  4. Basic skills;
  5. Remote results.

With the analysis of the data emerging from the monitoring and observation phases, the school undertakes to improve the quality of the educational offer, checking the effectiveness of the initiatives undertaken and the efficiency of the procedures of the tools activated.
